A DAILY AFFIRMATION

Whenever you are feeling insecure, take the time to practice a few deep breaths or a short meditation to ground yourself in your body and connect with your inner strength. As you inhale and exhale, remind yourself “I am capable, I can handle any challenge that comes my way”.

This can help to foster a sense of confidence, peace and openness within. You may also want to set an intention for how you want to feel during this moment such as 'I am strong', 'I am capable' or 'I am resilient'.

Additionally, affirmations can be used proactively to increase positivity and can be particularly helpful when facing difficult tasks or decisions in your life.
