Travel content creator · Social media manager

Travel
content,
told well.

I’m Brandi — one half of The Boujee Nomads, the mother-daughter duo travelling the world full time. My mom Sandra is 69 and rewriting retirement. I’m 44, technically still living at home — home just happens to move every few weeks. We make the reels, carousels, stories and long-form video that come out of it.

The duo

A new take on
family travel.

Most travel content is one person, one age, one perspective. Ours is two generations sharing the same kitchen, the same itinerary and the same dog-walking rota — twenty-five years apart.

That’s the whole point. We show what full-time travel actually looks like when you’re 69 and calling it retirement, and when you’re 44 and calling it work. It’s multi-generational travel, and almost nobody is documenting it properly.

Brandi

Creator, editor, strategist

Fifteen years in social media and content creation, now running it all from wherever the next housesit is. I shoot it, cut it, write it and post it — for our brand and for the handful of clients I take on.

Sandra

Co-founder, and the reason it works

Retired, and redesigning what that word is allowed to mean. She sold the idea of a quiet retirement for long-haul flights, unfamiliar kitchens and other people’s dogs — and she is having the time of her life.

About us · The Boujee Nomads

A mother, a daughter,
and a very full passport.

Sandra is 69. I’m 44. Together we’re The Boujee Nomads — a mother-daughter collaborative that gave up rent, leases, and a permanent zip code to live in beautiful homes around the world by housesitting. We’ve racked up over 100 five-star sits, and along the way we built a documented life that turned into a brand.

We didn’t set out to be “content creators.” We set out to prove that travel isn’t just for the twenty-somethings with a backpack — it’s for a daughter and her mom sharing a villa in Bali, trading airport gates for temple steps, and figuring out multi-generational travel one sit at a time. The camera followed because the story was worth telling.

Today, The Boujee Nomads is a home for other digital nomads and house sitters who want proof that this life is possible at any age — and everything you see on our feed, from the caption to the color grade, runs through me.

What we make

Every format,
made on the road.

Shot on location, edited the same week, posted from wherever the wifi is decent. The same hands that make our content make it for clients.

  • 01

    Reels & short-form

Hook-first vertical video, shot and cut on the road. The format that does the heaviest lifting for reach right now.

  • 02

    Post carousels

Multi-slide storytelling that earns saves and shares — itineraries, before-and-afters, teaching slides, offer breakdowns.

  • 03

    Stories & daily presence

The unglamorous, consistent layer where trust is actually built. Polls, behind-the-scenes, link stickers, soft selling.

  • 04

    Long-form video

Slower, fuller travel storytelling for YouTube and long-form feeds — the episodes people watch to the end.

  • 05

    UGC & affiliate

Ad-ready creator content brands can run as their own, plus affiliate content that has to convert to be worth anything.

Life on the road

Full time, for real.

No home base to fall back on and no fixed address. Every few weeks we hand over a set of keys, meet someone’s pets, and start again somewhere new. That constant restart is the content.

We housesit our way around the world

Over a hundred five-star sits and counting. It is how two people travel full time, live in real neighbourhoods instead of hotels, and end up with a dog for a fortnight.

We travel as a family, just not the usual one

No kids, no strollers — a mother and a daughter splitting the driving, the cooking and the editing. It turns out a lot of people want to see that this is possible.

We eat extremely well and drink far too much coffee

Long lunches, market stalls, the third espresso of the morning. The food is not a side plot of the content, it is most of it.

“Sandra’s 69 and I’m 44. She sold the quiet retirement, I kept the day job and moved it onto a laptop. Neither of us is going back.

Brandi — The Boujee Nomads

Who you reach

The woman on the
other end of the
scroll.

Our audience is not the twenty-something backpacker crowd. She is 40 to 60-plus, mostly a woman, with the means to book it and the nerve to go alone — and she is looking for something far quieter and better than a hostel bunk.

40s → 60s+

The core age range — with the strongest pull through the fifties and sixties.

  • 01

    Women, often travelling solo

Single, newly single, or simply going without waiting for anyone else to be free. She makes the decision herself and she books it herself — which is exactly why she converts.

  • 02

    Midlife, and mid-transition

A divorce, an empty nest, a career exit, a milestone birthday. She is actively reassessing what the next twenty years look like, and she is spending on it.

  • 03

    Entering or rewriting retirement

Approaching it, newly in it, and unwilling to accept the quiet version. Sandra is 69 and full-time on the road — for this audience she is the proof, not the exception.

  • 04

    High disposable income

She has the time and the money at the same time, likely for the first time. Price is rarely the objection — being sold the wrong experience is.

What she is not shopping for

  • Van life
  • Backpacks & hostels
  • Bunk rooms & shared bathrooms
  • Cheapest-at-any-cost
  • Party itineraries

What she books instead

  • Simple, quiet luxury
  • Comfort without the gold taps
  • Real adventure, soft landing
  • Out-of-the-box over off-the-shelf
  • Slower, longer, further

She is not looking for permission. She is designing a life around what she actually wants — not what society, her culture or her family told her it was supposed to look like.

The audience we speak to every day

If that is the customer you are trying to reach, you do not need to teach her the category — you need to be in front of her while she is already deciding.

Did you know

I also run
other people’s
social.

The travel content is the main event. This part is the quieter offering — for the brands and business owners who find me, like how we do it, and want their own presence handled the same way.

The brands I say yes to

  • Wellness
  • Fitness
  • Mindfulness
  • Travel
  • Food & drink
  • Online businesses
  • Product businesses
  • I do this for myself every single day

You are not hiring someone who read about the algorithm. You are hiring someone who tests it on her own brand every week and knows what is working right now.

  • Fifteen years, both sides of the camera

Strategy, shooting, editing, copy, scheduling, launches. I have handled awareness, growth, promotions, funnels, emails and launches for other people since long before it was called content creation.

  • I am genuinely picky about who I take on

I get asked often and say no often. I take a small number of clients so the work stays good, which means the fit matters more than the invoice.

Short version: I am a content creator, UGC creator and affiliate marketer who happens to have spent fifteen years managing social media professionally — so nothing about your account is going to be new to me.
