So last night I co-hosted a Healthy Happy Hour with my good friend, Emily - who happens to be a Doterra Rep. She peaked my interest in this idea of adding/using essential oils in my cooking and even my protein smoothies. Truly the idea never occurred to me, oils were for topical use, on soar muscles, and bummed knees, not in my shake? How wrong I was.
Essential oils have amazing external and internal benefits and using the oils to ingest allows the benefits of them to enter into your bloodstream even faster!
