The last 3 days have been a whirl wind - work, events and travel and more! I may have picked a bad time to do this 30 day food blog/journal but at least you're getting something authentic. I promise you that. In the midst of my usual busy-ness I'm still able to stay on track with food and exercise. My shakes are GREAT because they are quick and easy to prepare - I even managed to get in a couple of Orangetheory workouts and felt amazing afterward.
What surprised me the most was that this morning when I woke up, I literally bounced out of bed, I didn't roll over hit snooze, I didn't take my time easing out, I didn't even move from the bed to my sofa just to snooze a little longer. I was AWAKE. I had energy and felt amazing.
The next 3 days are going to be power house days, lots of energy required, lots of moving around and lots of concentration needed! I can't wait to rock it.
