It's day 2 and I feel like I can do this. I woke up early (5am), made my shake and I'm out the door with a bag full of vitamins, snacks, and other essentials to get me through the day. I've got a busy day ahead of me. Two events, spending time with friends and of course got to get some me time in!
First up is a very special Yoga For Hope event with world reknowned teacher Stacey McCarthy - we're all meeting at YogaSmoga in La Jolla to go on a meditative hike followed by yoga, sound bath and delicious snacks provided by Beaming. Tonight, I'm so blessed to be going to the finale event at The Residency hosted by Lululemon. I'm bringing my girl, Marlys (who also introduced me to Isagneix) along for the ride. This is sure to be a treat.

What a day! Either I was so busy ripping and running I didn't have time to think of being hungry or perhaps this system really is working! Time will tell - 28 more days to go!
Breakfast: 1/2 vanilla 1/2 chocolate IsaLEAN shake and IONIX shot!
Lots of water (64oz to be exact)
Snacks : Provided by BEAMING - sample of Overnight Oats and Salad in a bottle juice.
Chicken + Avocado Salad for lunch (my favorite)
Dinner : 1/2 vanilla 1/2 chocolate shake
Evening vitamins, a little more water
Not much to say today - just excited for what's to come!
